The Quad Cities Breastfeeding Coalition consists of professionals, community members, and organizations who are dedicated to supporting breastfeeding.
Mission: The purpose of the Quad Cities Breastfeeding Coalition is to
- Assist women and their support persons to choose and continue breastfeeding as optimum infant nutrition;
- Provide support to the breastfeeding family;
- Increase public awareness of the benefits of breastfeeding;
- Provide and promote accurate breastfeeding information and support to health professionals and the community.
